How Are You = HAY

We all ask each other, "How are you?" But how often do we respond honestly? Everyone carries around their invisible haystack.

Sometimes it has a small this or that.

Sometimes it has some medium this or that.

Sometimes it has lots of large this or that.

And sometimes it has an enormous amount of this or that!

We never know how big of an invisible haystack someone is carrying. By checking in with this simple question and being willing to listen, we can extend kindness to others. You never know when a HAY is all they need!
