HMS L25 was a British L class submarine built by Vickers, Barrow-in-Furness. She was laid down on 25 February 1918 and was commissioned on an unknown date. L25 was sold in Newport in 1935. Her ship's bell is in the care of the Royal Navy Submarine Museum. The British L class submarine were originally planned under the emergency war programme as an improved version of the British E class submarine. The scale of change allowed the L class to become a separate class.
