| Everything must face the end. In the People's Icen Republic, the mysterious Heldara Valendorf recruits eight new conscripts, eager to continue the path of conquest and attempts at enlightenment that her ancestors started. And in the technologically advanced country of Bayselt, the young commander Bestin Steel attempts to mediate conflict between the two countries. Deep underground, as humans continue to foolishly bicker over wealth, power and territory, a mysterious undying has begun to rise. Humans have always craved salvation and immortality, but what does that truly mean? |
