INTO THE FUTURE is a poem about where we are, and where we are headed. it is primarily a book about the evils of humanism, or "man is the answer" philosophy. THE WALK is a prose-poem about a handful of people journeying together. They are both fleeing and seeking. What are they fleeing from? Death. What are they seeking? Life. Thus THE WALK is a book about two things: truth: Christ. And the beast death rode in on: sin.
