| It is about writing about the ART of psychotherapy. Scientific articles, experiences as a therapist either with patients in individual, couple or family therapy, as a group coordinator and psychodramatist. Reflections on this work linked to help, to be an instrument of help to the other. This implies a solid professional training and "being oneself in the context of therapy", with our subjectivity, family matrices and socio-cultural reality that crosses us. This book is a bridge of help to the other, which also gives us feedback as therapists and helps us to grow. One of the main objectives is that people are happier, and have tools to overcome obstacles to reach the development of their potential, to achieve the personal meaning of life. Finding in therapy, new ways to solve their problems, new alternatives for change that allow us to choose, it is about that... to deepen in the different aspects of the human being. |
