They are a free people, born from the ultimate rescue mission when the animal retrieval Ketch, the legendary ARK created by Levi's Leviathan, pulled their ancestors from experimental labs and gave them the stars.
But the silence has just been broken.
An ancient, forgotten frequency from Earth has crackled back to life, broadcasting a desperate, mysterious cry for help.
The descendants must now face the ultimate test. Guiding them is Silas, an ancient and wise entity who was once a crow. By his side is Levi, a man who appears young but is actually a remnant of a previous human race that embraced nature and walked in harmony with the Rootnet. Placed into cryo-sleep within the Leviathan when his own people became consumed by greed and faced a global reset, Levi was found and saved by Silas and Merlina. Once the Queen of the Ravens, Merlina has transitioned into the human form of Eleanor Voss and is now married to Levi.
As this unique crew travels across the solar system to investigate the mysterious broadcast, they discover that the pale, quiet Moon is waking up, and Earth holds secrets that the old stories never foretold.
