Soon, however, life throws Jay one curveball after another. He must cope with the fallout from his first crush, peer pressure, family secrets, and loss. As Jay witnesses the darker side of human nature, the more isolated and cynical he becomes. He wonders where he fits in and what the future holds. A familiar face soon sparks Jay's passion, however, fueling motivation to bring out the best in himself.
