| This is my story of growing up in a small, midwest Nebraska town, while often looking at maps of Northern Canada and dreaming. As I tried to imagine what it would be like to actually walk the trails connecting these remote places, I had no idea that this would eventually happen. To walk, work, and live in isolated regions of Ontario, British Columbia and the Yukon has given me a great appreciation for the God who created this world. Many lessons were learned, some from listening, some from failure, but many more through the Grace of God. This journey took me from the north shore of the Yukon Territory, Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territory, to the remote jungles of South America. |
