They ll take over a traditionaI lndian homestay by the Ocean and once they've settled in, wilI immerse themselves in local life as weII as explore further afield; from learning to navigate the bustling markets to mastering the unique fIavours of Tamil cuisine; braving overnight trains and even Iearning to drive on the chaotic roads.
Adjusting to the environment, the food, the customs and the cIimate wiII be a cuIture shock for our cast, as they leave routines and loved ones behind in the UK and adapt to living together. Miriam Margolyes, Bobby George and Sheila Ferguson are joined by new recruit StanIey Johnson - as they sampIe retirement in Russia. Then Paul NichoIas, Sheila Ferguson, Wayne Sleep and Jan Leeming team up for an adventure in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Paul and Rosemary team up with Syd LittIe and Stephanie Beacham for an adventure in the heart of the Far East, Vietnam. And PauI, Rosemary and The Krankies experience retirement in Mexico. |
