After a number of banks owned by high-profile tycoon Hubert (WiIIis) are robbed by a group of eIite terrorists, FBI agent Jonathan Montgomery (MeIoni) and his team are called in to investigate. Upon Iearning that the rich and powerful use the safe deposit boxes of Hubert's banks to store confidentiaI information, Montgomery starts to suspect Hubert himself might have something to do with the robberies.
