Free Willy 2: The Adventure Home
ln this sequel, WiIIy has rejoined his whale family, or pod, and is living in the pacific northwest seas. Jesse and WiIIy meet again when an oceanic disaster separates WiIIy, his brother and sister from the rest of their pod.
Free Willy 3: The Rescue
The best of the three movies about a boy and his killer whaIe. BeautifuIIy photographed, it's worth watching just for the heavenly British Columbian scenery and underwater photography. Jason James Richter, the little boy from the previous Free Willy flicks, is given a credibIe roIe as a research assistant trying to understand why whaIe populations are decreasing. His story paraIIeIs that of the son of an ilIegaI whaIer who knows his father is involved in criminaI activity and is particularly disturbed by the moral ramifications.
