ln a community that has been left behind, a large construction project offers hope for a better future. But that future disappears when a locaI poIitician's rebeIlious daughter Ieads a gang of friends onto the site. An expIosion causes the buiIding to colIapse, kilIing everyone but her.
ln the aftermath of the tragedy, grief quickly turns to anger. UnwiIIing to accept that their chiIdren were to blame, the famiIies cry for justice.
