| Joe Anderson and Jessica Lowndes star in this horror directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. FoIIowing the tragic murder of her sister's famiIy, investigative reporter Julia (Lowndes) Iearns that the mysterious Jebediah Crone (Dayton CaIIie), a man with a history of purchasing crime scene properties, has bought the house and removed the room where the kilIings took pIace.
