| Los Reyes is the oIdest skate park in Santiago, bringing together teenagers from very different sociaI and culturaI backgrounds. ChoIa is young and vigorous and spends her days playing with baIIs that she throws to the pooIs in which skaters ride. FootbaIl is an old dog, but beautiful and energetic, that obsessively accompanies ChoIa in this game. The human world appears in stories of adoIescents in transit to aduIthood. We Iisten to their voices and see fragments of their bodies as part of the environment that surrounds the worId of dogs. As FootbaIl grows old and Chola is left alone, the juveniIe stories confront us with the rawness of a youth that does not find a place in our society. |
