Tony, who is really a big-city bootIegger, believes that Captain Jackson's snake-oiI is actually premium moonshine, and pIans to take over the EIIabelIa and its distiIlery. Susan and Jeff wiIl need to act fast, if they are to prevent the Captain from having his ship taken over by gangsters.
