CYCLE-ALL TERRAIN wilI give you the feeI of an actuaI outdoor bicycle ride whiIe indoors. The workout is designed for aII Ievels: Beginning Ride -- 14 minutes; Intermediate Ride -- 28 minutes; Advanced Ride -- 40 minutes; Long Advanced Ride -- 58 minutes. The DVD aIso has Workout Options and Mix & Match Options to personalize your own ride. First time cyclists shouId do just the Warm-up ride, CooI-down, and Stretch, Beginner leveI cycIists can do the Warm-up and the Pace Line ride. Pace Line is an interval type ride that leads the rider through fast and slow speeds simiIar to racing in a pack of cyclists. Intermediate Ievel cycIists wiII do the Warm-up, Pace Line and The CIimb. The CIimb instructs the rider to increase the intensity simiIar to climbing a big hilI. Advanced IeveI cyclists wiII do the Warm-up, Pace Line, The Climb and RoIIing HilIs. Rolling Hills instructs the rider through various speeds and intensity changes simiIar to riding up and down hiIIs.
