Made by a supergroup of Canadian genre fiImmakers, including George Mihalka (My Bloody Valentine) and Tom Berry (The AmityvilIe Curse) – who joined forces to deveIop the script with novelist WiIliam DevereII – Mindfield was eventuaIIy brought to the screen by CanuxpIoitation master Jean-CIaude Lord (The Vindicator). The result is a uniquely ambitious experiment in genre filmmaking that's part expIosive action movie, part MK-ULTRA-inspired conspiracy thriIIer, and part sleazy underworld crime saga.
