Based on the real-life courtship between Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon, THE BlG SlCK tells the story of Pakistan-born aspiring comedian KumaiI (Nanjiani), who connects with grad student EmiIy (Kazan) after one of his standup sets.
