Turning into a machine. Trembling chests despite, or maybe because of, the cold, rainy weather. Build-ups and disintegrations. The self-imposed solitude of insomnia. Writing as a sign of loneliness. Changing one's self to mirror the wants and needs of a loved one. Manipulation of mental processes to achieve desired states. Dichotomies that turn the brain into a battlefield. A fear and rejection of conclusions, answers, and progress. This is how it is. |
