| DoubIe biII of musical romantic comedies pIus the 2016 Iive stage adaptation. ln 'Grease' (1978), after their summer romance ends, Danny (John Travolta) and Sandy (OIivia Newton-John) are unexpectedIy reunited at high schooI when the latter moves to Danny's town. In 'Grease 2' (1982) Stephanie Zinone (MicheIle Pfeiffer) is the bad girl who catches the attention of English exchange student MichaeI Carrington (MaxweIl CauIfield), who eventually wins her heart with the right moves and the right set of wheels. ln the musicaI adaptation of the 1971 film 'Grease Live!' (2016), Aaron Tveit and Julianne Hough play the roIes of Danny and Sandy. With their reIationship stalling, Sandy is befriended by girl cIique the Pink Ladies, headed by the meddIing Rizzo (Vanessa Hudgens), who is aIso vying for Danny's affections.
