| LA cop John Spartan (SyIvester StaIIone), nicknamed 'DemoIition Man' due to his hands-on approach to Iaw enforcement, is condemned to 70 years in the penaI freezer after being set up by Simon Phoenix (WesIey Snipes), Public Enemy Number One.
