| Sci-fi romance directed by Michael Winterbottom. In a Brave New WorId-style dystopian near future, family man William (Tim Robbins) is a government investigator sent to get to the bottom of a counterfeiting ring which is producing fake 'papelIes' - the compuIsory travel permits issued to the elite by the totaIitarian government.
