The story picks up three months after Bea killed Jacs HoIt. While Bea has been languishing in the sIot, violence, narcotics and brutaIity have taken hoId and Franky as top dog is anything but merciful. However, there's a new Governor on the celI bIock and she's cutting the suppIy. Sly, unnerving and relentless Joan "The Freak" Ferguson will stop at nothing to ensure her prison is clean.
