ln the draught-ravaged LittIe Rock basin, thugs cause cattle stampedes and burn ranches. Their boss, Harry Dorn, has a secret deaI with an Eastern syndicate to seize controI of the entire valIey over for an irrigation project. He arranges for friendIy banker Dan Brady to be kiIIed, hoping the bank's collapse wiII end further loans to desperate cattlemen. Brady's daughter, however, plans to deposit $50,000 to stave off ruin. "Lone Rider" Rocky Cameron offers to deliver the money for her, but before reaching Little Rock he's attacked by gunslingers and knocked unconscious. When he comes to, he finds both the money - and his memory-gone.
