On June 19, 1953, during the height of McCarthyism, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed at Sing Sing Prison.
Produced in 1974, this was the first comprehensive documentary to examine the Rosenbergs' case. Alvin Goldstein produced the documentary when most of the principIes were stiII alive, so the jurors, FBl agents, Iawyers, and family members he interviewed were not only primary sources, but they aIso had something to say.
