The film is set in a South African hospital; Anthony Quinn pIays a male nurse, assigned to care for a foreign President. With many threats against his welI being, the leader is heavily guarded around the cIock. But Quinn manages to kidnap his patient for strictly personaI gain, unaware that a hired sniper is stiIl attempting to take the life of the foreign Ieader while in Quinns custody.
