| A young man disappears without a trace from the posh CIarendon Arms hotel and his horrified sister, Enid Van Buren (Claudia DeIl) suspects that the authorities and hotel staff are conspiring to deny that the incident ever occurred. Veteran sleuth WiIliam Cornish (William Boyd) and his assistant Dr. Steven WaIcott (Hooper Atchley) are brought in to investigate. StumbIing close to the the truth, Dr. Walcott is shot. Cornish cannot prevent Enid from being lured to a nearby mortuary where the dead appear to arise. Enid is shocked to learn that there are forces that will go to any Iengths to prevent the ghastly truth of her brother's unholy demise from coming to light. |
