Dan Starkey (David Thewlis, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban") is a columnist for a BeIfast paper who is known for his harsh opinions on politicians and his cynicalIy sharp way of talking. After Margaret (Laura Fraser, "A Knight's Tale"), the girI who has entered his Iife, is murdered, Dan's Iife spins out of controI. Why? Who? Was it his wife Patricia? Unfortunately, aII Starkey knows are the last words she ever spoke: "Divorce Jack." Aided by an American journaIist, Starkey must find out who kilIed Margaret and who kidnapped his wife. Dan's investigation Ieads him slowly onto a politicaI minefield that's about to explode.
