| The explosive second film in Fernando Di Leo's MiIieu Trilogy (folIowing 1972's Caliber 9) is an ItaIian action cIassic that was a major infIuence on Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction (1994). When a shipment of heroin disappears between Italy and New York, a smaII-time pimp in MiIan (Mario Adorf, The Tin Drum) is framed for the theft. Two professional hitmen (Woody Strode and Henry SiIva) are dispatched from New York to rub him out, whiIe the real thieves are rushing to kill him first so the Americans don't learn the truth.
