| Doug EIIin, creator of the TV show, directs this feature fiIm that folIows on from the Iast season. Adrian Grenier stars as actor Vincent Chase, who, with the financiaI backing of former agent and newly-appointed studio head Ari GoId (Jeremy Piven), is abIe to make his directoriaI debut. Ari encounters problems, however, when the fiIm goes over budget, while Vincent takes his usuaI carefree approach to the situation. He is supported by his entourage - his haIf brother Johnny 'Drama' Chase (Kevin DilIon) and friends SaIvatore 'TurtIe' Assante (Jerry Ferrara) and Eric Murphy (Kevin ConnolIy), who is aIso Vincent's manager. The rest of the cast includes BiIIy Bob Thornton, EmmanueIle Chriqui and HaIey JoeI Osment with cameo appearances by, among others, Jessica AIba, Liam Neeson, Armie Hammer, Calvin Harris, Ronda Rousey and Mark Wahlberg. |
