Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Middle Eastern versions) were used for the drawings, illustrations and pictures which were then inserted into Word. The Word document was converted into a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Traditional Arabic Bold was used for text with font size 30.
