When Commissioner Dodge heard of some strange goings-on, and sent his men to find, buy or steal what he considered as an interesting artifact, Rhone was forced to run, heading to the badlands to escape. Unfortunately, the badlands were named for a very good reason. So was his unexpected meeting with The Commissioner's men.
With Stone taken, it's up to Rhone to survive, then to rescue his friend.
When the OPR gets involved, the government agency sent to find evidence against The Commissioner, they unknowingly help Rhone.
Stone, a genre melding Young adult action adventure / gaslight western, with an alien sci-fi twist.
