Evi, a teacher and Laurenz, a failed businessman go and see their friends Manhold, a commercial photographer and his wife Ira, a former model. The evening gets out of hand and turns into a general showdown. Lyaman, the au-pair, manages to change this in a memorable, though unintended way.
