The volume brings together for the first time German, British, French, Italian, Spanish, Serbian and American scholars, a substantial number of whom have themselves emigrated and work abroad as teachers and researchers. European Cinema: Inside Out is a truly cross-cultural study of the hybridic nature of contemporary Europe in relation to its colonial past and multi-cultural present.
