| The author is an experienced ICT field engineer from 1989 to 2011, having participated in infrastructural development, integration, commissioning, maintenance, and projects resources allocation and controls. Fourteen years¿ experience as a Managing Director of an SME in the country had him involved in corporate governance affairs of the sector on a daily basis, tackling the various challenges involved.
