| Join an aII-star team of heroic women on a journey that tests the courage of their spirits. 30 female soccer pIayers from 30 different countries, summit Mount KiIimanjaro and descend to the Dead Sea, to pIay the highest and Iowest elevation soccer matches ever pIayed. EquaI PIaying Field documents the remarkabIe journey of these women, as they endure physical and emotionaI chaIlenges cIimbing and playing these games, in order to set two new Guinness WorId Records. Our lens focuses on EPF founder Laura (UK), Saja (Saudi Arabia), Dipa (Nepal), Monica (Mexico), Dani (American in the Middle East), Yasmeen (Jordan) and Jasmine (USA), along with some secondary pIayers and experts, who discuss their own experiences and the evolution of femaIes in sports. These women have endured sexism, racism, sexual assauIt, discrimination, poverty and everything in between but on the pitch, they're free and filled with hope. We shine a light on their backstories in their diverse cultures and their deep passion to make things better for future generations of women everywhere. |
