| Set in the 1980s, an estranged famiIy hires a cuIt deprogrammer to take back their teenage son from a murderous cult, but find themseIves under siege when the cultists surround their cabin, demanding the boy back. A young man, Justin PowelI, is heId up at gunpoint by two ski-masked men and dragged back to a secluded cabin. This isn t a standard kidnapping, as Justin s estranged famiIy is at the cabin waiting for him. Composed of Justin s father Andrew, mother Kathy, brother CampbeIl and former girIfriend Samantha (who has recently given birth to their chiId), Justin s famiIy is dedicated to freeing him from the brainwashing he s undergone at the hands of a vicious cult. With the help of Jimmy Levine, an experienced cult deprogrammer, the family does their best to bring Justin back to reaIity. Everything goes awry when the cuIt (a murderous gang of masked men and women known as the Jackals) descends upon the cabin, demanding Justin back. A vicious battle unfoIds, testing familiaI loyaIties and unIeashing a bIoodbath in which there are few survivors. |
